Our trip to Georgia, arranged together with @geotrip, is an ideal option for Russian May’s holiday. I must say that in my recommendations there will be very little standard tourist information, which you can anyway easily find in the guidebooks. It has been a long time since i lost interest to travel to cities with the need of visiting mandatory touristic attractions. I like to just live in the city a couple of days, just experiencing. At the capital - Tbilisi - I recommend to stay for 2-3 nights,to fall in love with the city from the hills that surrounds it. For example to ride by Narikala cable car to the fortress #Narikala and than by foot to go down to the botanical garden with a beautiful waterfall and later on end up in sulfur baths or to take another ride on the cable car to #Mtatsmindapark, there try local donuts and admire the view or just to have a cocktail on one of the panoramic terraces (for example, the bar of the Radisson hotel or Sky terrace. The city itself will easily direct you, as soon as you do not pass by the Georgian chacha.
Kazbegi - stay at least 1 night at #RoomsKazbegi hotel (Spa area in the photo). Accept to the size of the rooms in the hotel everything is perfect: a stunning breakfast, mind sticky views, the photogenic design of the hotel, excellent service (in Georgia service is a trouble in general) and great Spa area which is open from 7 a.m. till midnight.
